How we look after your details
Who we are
This site belongs to Dan and Anastasija. We're using it to plan our wedding on 27 July 2027. We decide what happens to the information you give us, which makes us the data controllers for it.
What we collect
When you RSVP: your name and the names of anyone coming with you, whether each of you can make it, an email address, an optional mobile number, any message you write, and — for each person — dietary requirements, allergies and access needs.
Why we collect it
To know who's coming, to tell the venue how many people to cater for, and to make sure everyone can eat safely and get around comfortably on the day. Allergy and access details count as health information, which is why we ask you to tick a box before we store them rather than assuming it's fine.
Who sees it
Us. The chosen venue gets a list of names with dietary requirements and access needs so their kitchen and staff can prepare. They don't get your email address, your phone number, or your message.
Where it's kept
In a database hosted by Supabase on servers in the UK/EU. It's protected so that only we can read it.
How long we keep it
Until 31 October 2027 — three months after the wedding. Then we delete all of it.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it before October 2027. Just message us and we'll do it. If you're ever unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
The rest of the site
We use Vercel's analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying anyone. The venue map only loads if you tap to load it, because loading it connects you to Google.
Any questions about any of this, message us — the same way you'd message us about anything else.
